Shipping and Refund Policy

Earth Explorers offers high quality toys for growing imaginations.  We are truly dedicated to both customer service and customer dedication.  We will work hard to be your Toy Store of choice.  With that in mind, we offer the following policies:

Our normal shipping method will be USPS Priority. We will work hard to have your order ready to ship within 2-3 business days.  If you request gift wrapping, that could add an additional day.  

USPS Priority delivers Monday through Saturday.  If your package is being delivered to a business, it will deliver during your business hours only.  If your package is being delivered to a residence it will either be left in the mailbox or a pick up slip will be left to pick it up at the post office.

    Within Indiana – 1 Business Day

    To all States Contiguous to Indiana – 1-3 Business Days

    To the remainder of the Continental 48 States – 3  Business Days

If you have a Rush order, we will also ship USPS Next Day.  Of course, you can always pick up your package and you will have it the same day.


We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery (or until January 31st for items purchased for Christmas).  All items must be new, unopened, never assembled and still in original packaging.  Shipping Charges are non-refundable but purchase price of item can be credited to the credit card of the person that made the original purchase or we can issue you store credit. 

If there are damages upon receipt of your order, contact us immediately!!  There is a 7 day window where you can receive a replacement item or part at no additional charge. All returns must be accompanied by a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). You must clearly write the RMA # on the box containing the return. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued.

We do not handle any shipping arrangements.  It is up to the customer to properly package the return and select a carrier that provides tracking information.  We would recommend that you insure the item for full value.  In the event that an item is lost while it is in transit to Earth Explorers, we will not be able to provide a refund to you.  In that case, you will need to contact the shipper that you selected and file an insurance claim with them for a refund. 

A package that is refused for delivery is the same as making a return.  The customer is responsible for all shipping charges that have already been incurred by Earth Explorers.

The cost to ship many of our large items can be significant, so please be sure the product you order is exactly what you want and the estimated timeframes meet with your needs.  Please remember the estimated processing and shipment times are NOT a guarantee.

You may cancel an order up to 24 hours prior to processing and/or shipping. You will receive a cancellation number.
